International Taekwon‑Do Federation

This is a report on the recent evaluation of national sports federations conducted by the National Olympic Committee and the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports.
This comprehensive evaluation meticulously assessed the performance and achievements of various sports federations across the country.
The results provided valuable insights into the level of activity and progress of each federation in advancing sports development in Afghanistan.
We are pleased to report that the National ITF Taekwondo Federation of Afghanistan secured the second position in Group B among a total of 54 federations, a testament to its unwavering commitment and continuous efforts in promoting and enhancing the sport of Taekwondo in the country.
In recognition of this remarkable achievement, Mr. Fazal Rahman Bari, Chief of Staff of the National Olympic Committee, presented an official certificate of appreciation—designated for top-performing federations—to Master Shoaib Rahmani, President of the National ITF Taekwondo Federation of Afghanistan.
This special ceremony took place at the National Olympic Committee’s conference hall, where the federation’s dedication and contributions were duly acknowledged.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all members of the National ITF Taekwondo Federation of Afghanistan, including athletes, coaches, and supporters.
We remain optimistic that even greater successes await in the future, further elevating the status of Taekwon‑Do in the country.
