International Technical Seminar 2024 conducted by GM. Raul H. Bonilla which took place in the Capital of San Salvador on September 28th and 29th, 2024.  Participating a delegation from Honduras. We had the presence of the Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of El Salvador, Licda. Diana Fuentes delivering the opening words of the event, cutting the ribbon.  We also had the presence of Lic. Cartagena Administrator of the Cuscatlán Market where the event was held and with a commission from Honduras accompanying GM Bonilla.  Finally, Mr. Rivas had the opportunity to test to 6th Dan by GM Bonilla.
