An International and National Technical Seminar and International Instructor Course, were contacted in Paphos Cyprus, from the 29th to 31st of January 2016. The contactor was Senior Grand Master Professor Hwang Ho Yong, ITF’s Senior Vice President and Chairman of the ITF Technical & Education Committee.
